The WWF capsules can be added to your composting bin, compost heap or food recycling bin. The packaging is made from 100% recyclable card, printed using water-based inks and organic pigments.

Given the sheer volume of capsules consumed everyday it’s important to consider the impact they can have on our environment. During the production process of these WWF capsules, particular importance is placed on manufacturing in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
These coffee pods are recommended by the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) as being “Good for the planet and a sustainable alternative to the huge pollution problem caused by plastic and aluminium coffee capsules”.
By using renewable raw materials and energy from wind, sun, hydropower, and biogas in its production and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions, the capsule attained ClimatePartner certification back in 2019. This certification affirms our coffee capsules are climate-neutral which sends out an important message to all our customers.
