To guarantee delivery pre-Christmas, please place orders by Friday 19th December. The offices will be closed on Wednesday 24th December, re-opening on Friday 2nd January

Orders placed during the festive period will be shipped upon our return on the 2nd January for delivery on 5th January

Returns & Refunds

Right to cancel

Cancellation of orders for purpose made products cannot be accepted once production has commenced. Should you wish to amend or cancel your order then please contact our customer service team on 01189 868786 or by email to info@kingdomcoffee.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be amended.

Items not required

Should you wish to return your order please contact the customer service team on 01189 868786 or email them: info@kingdomcoffee.co.uk mentioning the original invoice number that the goods were supplied on.

Unwanted goods will be accepted as long as they are returned in a saleable condition and within 7 days of delivery date and may be subject to collection costs.

Incorrectly supplied items

Please contact our customer service team on 01189 868786 should you have received incorrect products with your order and they will resolve any issues. Mistakes are rare but we will endeavour to put the matter right without delay or further inconvenience.

Defective or Damaged goods

It is never our intention to sell defective or damaged goods, please notify us of any damages on receipt of goods.

All products and packaging materials should be retained, photographed and emailed to info@kingdomcoffee.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt please in order that we may take the matter up with our couriers.
