Q - How can I place an order?

A - You can place an order online, by email or if your preference is to talk with a person, rest assured you can. We have a helpful and experienced team awaiting your call.

Q - How can I pay for an order?

A - As an account customer, simply place your order and it will be charged against your customer account and an invoice will be enclosed with your order.

As a cash customer, you can pay by credit or debit card and an invoice with card receipt will be enclosed with your order. Both payment options are available on online or over the phone.

Q - How would my order be delivered?

A - The vast majority of our orders are delivered by APC though a fully trackable online service. You will be notified on the morning of delivery by text /email of the two-hours time slot assigned to your the delivery. 

Q - What constitutes a palletised delivery?

A - This method of delivery may be required for bulk orders. We offer a 2-3 day fully tracked delivery service via our partners The Pallet Network

To qualify for free delivery we kindly request that your order is for a minimum of 36 cases of product. We offer some degree of flexibility in terms of the minimum order requirement, as our intention as always is do everything possible to support you the customer, whilst ensuring the free palletised service we offer remains financially viable as a delivery method.

We request that if you are in doubt in regard to this service, please call us so we can discuss and evaluate your request.

Q - How late in the day can I place an order?

A - To ensure your order is processed in time for collection by APC, we kindly request that you place your order with us no later than 4.00pm. We will of course do our upmost to despatch orders received later than 4.00pm but will not be guaranteed.

Please note that a greater period time is required to ensure the safe packaging of certain products such as china cups and glass bottled syrups.

Q - What products can be ordered when delivery is through APC and how much does it cost?

A - All products can be sent by APC (apart from Whole Earth carbonated drinks). Orders over £60.00 are delivered free of charge to the majority of the UK (please contact the office for delvieries to the very north of Scotand / Highland & Islands). Orders below £60 incur a carriage charge of £5.95 + vat. For more information on the available methods and terms of delivery please refer to our delivery page. Q - Do you offer a local delivery service and how much does it cost?

A - We deliver to our customers within approximately one hour’s drive of our Reading based warehouse, free of charge on all orders of £60.00 or more. Please call our offices to see if your business qualifies for this service.

Q - Do you have a returns policy?

A - If you have placed an order for an incorrect product we can arrange for its collection on the provision that the packaging has not been opened. Notification is required with 24 hrs from the orders receipt (for those delivered to you on a Friday, notification can be made on Monday). This collection service would incur a charge of £15.00 + VAT.
