We care about the environment, trees and climate change, and we’re proud to have planted nearly three million trees, over the past 20 years, from Kenya to the Yorkshire Dales. We appreciate and respect all the people we work with; our employees, suppliers and everyone throughout the supply and value chain. Our business is built on long-term relationships. We regularly visit the tea gardens and estates we buy from and we invest in community and environmental projects with our suppliers. It’s important to us to stand up when things aren’t right and to be activists that make a real difference.

Building strong relationships with our suppliers has always been important to us. Over many years we’ve developed our Taylors Sourcing Approach, placing sustainability and relationships at its heart. Partnering across our industry with organisations like the Ethical Tea Partnership and World Coffee Research allows us to combine resources and increase our impact where it’s most needed.

We work with several certification schemes to help ensure the social and environmental standards of your brew. Our Human Rights Approach is based on the UN Guiding Principles which sets out best practice for businesses and human rights.
