The powder is made of small food-safe gluten-free starch crystals with a high grease-absorbing powder. Any traces of the product will not contain any harmful substances or affect the quality of the ground coffee.

Why use this?
Grinders convert wholebeans to an extremely fine powder. During this process, some particles will build up in between burrs which affects the texture of the ground coffee, affecting the quality of the espresso produced. As such, grinding becomes inconsistent and imprecise. These deposits are made of coffee oils and can go rancid and can cause mould to form, especially in an environment like a grinder where heat is present.
Directions:
Switch off the grinder, empty the hopper of coffee beans, pour one dose of PULY Grind Crystals into the grinder, refill the hopper with coffee, turn on the grinder and run through two-three groupheads worth to clear the product through the grinder to ensure the cleaner has filtered through.
