Makes delicious hot chocolate drinks for vending machines. Luxurious and indulgent from Barry Calleabaut.
Ingredients:
Sugar, whey powder (milk), fat-reduced cocoa powder (9.5%), fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), glucose syrup, lactose (milk), milk protein, stabiliser (E340, E452), salt, flavour enhancer (E508), anti-caking agent (E341), emulsifier (E471), flavouring.
Recommended dosage:
150 ml: 20-22 g
180 ml: 24-26 g
210 ml: 28-30 g
Hot water, approx. 80-85°C.
Store in a cool dry area.
